With over a decade of experience across a variety of industries, I enjoy working side-by-side with companies to analyze their performance concerns to determine the optimal solutions for their needs, timeframe, and budget.

When training is the answer, I use my technical, educational, and creative skills to create bespoke instructional solutions. When other interventions would be a better fit, I'm happy to serve as a consultant for addressing human performance issues in the workplace.
